House Church Leaders
House church is the primary way that we as a community live out our values of encountering God, walking in discipleship, living on mission, and building a spiritual family. We take joy in investing in you, or leaders, as you care for the flock and invest in disciples who make disciples. Together, we will all do the work of ministry and see the body of Christ built up.
House Church Leaders are responsible for overseeing discipleship and leadership development within their House Church, facilitating weekly gatherings, and attending periodic leadership meetings. They are actively engaged in each of the five circles of a healthy church, ensuring spiritual growth and community health. Additionally, they pray for their House Church, care for the needs of its members, and maintain regular communication with Leaders to foster alignment and support.
